1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ColTrave website (coltrave.com) or any services provided by PriceBeatTravel (“we”, “us” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Our Services

ColTrave is a travel agency that provides flight comparison, hotel bookings, holiday packages and related travel services. We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators). The actual travel services are provided by these third parties, and their terms and conditions apply to your bookings.

3. Booking Process

3.1 Quote Requests

When you submit a quote request or enquiry through our website or by phone, we will endeavour to respond with options and pricing. Quotes are subject to availability and may change until a booking is confirmed and paid.

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once we have received full payment (or the required deposit) and issued a confirmation document. You must verify all details (names, dates, destinations) at the time of booking. Errors reported after confirmation may incur amendment fees.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including passenger names as they appear on travel documents. Incorrect information may result in additional fees or the inability to travel.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required as specified at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, debit cards and other methods as indicated. For some bookings, a deposit may be required with the balance due before travel. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of any deposit. All prices are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices include GST where applicable.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by supplier and fare type. Many airline tickets, especially discounted fares, are non-refundable. Cancellation fees may apply. Please refer to your booking confirmation and our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.

6. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any loss, damage, delay or inconvenience caused by the acts or omissions of travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.), including but not limited to flight cancellations, overbooking, schedule changes or service failures.
• Our liability is limited to the amount of the commission we receive on the relevant booking, or the cost of the booking, whichever is less.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages.
• We recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellation, baggage and other risks.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ColTrave website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of PriceBeatTravel or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of this website without our prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
